Acro-Fit Bootcamp
Get ‘tricked’ into fit!

Lazy Balance

Price:  $10/lesson



Have fun while developing strength, fitness & flexibility doing circus inspired games, exercises & some basic Acrobalance tricks.

~ Every 2nd or 3rd Sunday, 4pm to 5pm. Next date September 12th.

~ minimum age 16

~ 1hr class $10 for adult PCYC members, $13.20 for non-members.

~ 1hr class $8 for junior PCYC members, $11.00 for non-members.

~ Wear loose comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and a sense of fun.

~ Max 12 people.

 ~ This is a moderate to high impact activity so a reasonable level of fitness is recommended.
